Our gift vouchers can be purchased for any monetary value or for any treatment. Gift vouchers may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an in-store purchase or treatment; Any part value remaining on a gift voucher, will still expire on the original expiry date shown on the voucher. Keep your gift voucher safe and treat it as cash, as we will not accept any liability for any lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers, or for any remaining balance on the gift voucher.
Bookings for the redemption of a gift voucher must be made in advance, as appointments are subject to availability, and at the salons discretion; We will not accept any liability if appointment dates and times are unavailable before the expiry of the gift voucher. The use of a gift voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking. To redeem a voucher, please contact the salon.
Please always bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment, vouchers must be displayed to be redeemed. There is no limit on the number of gift vouchers that may be used in one transaction.
Gift vouchers will expire 6 months after the purchase date, this expiry date will be displayed on the voucher. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift vouchers expiry, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, unless you decide to purchase our gift voucher extension option.
If you need some extra time to redeem your voucher, we can offer a 3 month extension, to the original displayed expiry date, for a fee of 50% of the vouchers value (either the original unused value or the part value remaining if part used). Vouchers can only be extended for an additional 3 months, and only from the original displayed expiry date. To extend your voucher, please contact the salon.
An example of our gift voucher extension option:
It is now August, a £30.00 voucher expired at the end of last month (at the end of July); to extend the voucher by 3 months from the expiry date (end of July), an extension fee of only £15.00 (50% of voucher value) can be paid, to extend the vouchers expiry to the end of October (3 months added to the original expiry date)
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another voucher. Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, the person who purchased the gift voucher should contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund, provided the voucher has not been used (in whole or in part). After those 14 days, refunds will not be provided. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the gift voucher, and they will be refunded directly via a bank transfer. All refunds are processed at month-end and may take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser’s account. To request a refund, please contact the salon.
The cancellation of voucher appointments are subject to the salons cancellation policy. Voucher appointments cancelled or rearranged by a customer within the 48 hour notice period, shall forfeit 50% of the voucher value (deposit amount), with no right to a refund. Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking by the salon, the voucher shall remain valid until used or expired, and at our discretion may be extended.
Subject to the salons missed appointment policy, if you do miss an appointment where a voucher was to be used, you shall forfeit 50% of the voucher value (deposit amount), with no right to a refund.
Both the Boxed gift vouchers and standard gift vouchers can be collected from reception, please call or email the salon to arrange a collection date and time; Otherwise, vouchers can be posted, for a small postal charge of £2.95; Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher. The postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only.
Booking / Deposit
Bookings can be taken by visiting or contacting the salon directly, or via email and social media. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon the booking any treatment.
Bookings via email and social media can only be secured, once you have received a confirmation from the salon; Email confirmations from the salon may go to the email recipient’s junk or spam email folder, so please check; The salon accepts no liability should this cause you to miss your appointment, and you shall still be subject to the salons missed appointment policy.
Cancellation policy / Rearranging an appointment
If you do need to rearrange or cancel your appointment with us, we are able to transfer your booking and/or deposit to an alternative date and time, provided the salon has been given at least 48 hours of notice, prior to the start of your appointment.
Unfortunately, your deposit will be lost if the minimum 48 hours of notice is not given, for any rearrangement or cancellation of an appointment.
Unfortunately, appointments where a gift voucher is to be used, that is cancelled or rearranged by a customer within the 48 hour notice period, shall forfeit 50% of the voucher value (deposit amount), with no right to a refund.
Due to any unforeseen circumstances, the salon may have to cancel or rearrange appointments within the 48 hour notice period; during these times, deposits can be transferred to any rearranged appointments; Where appointments were booked using gift vouchers, the vouchers shall remain valid until expiry, and at our discretion may be extended.
If you do miss an appointment, unfortunately your deposit will be lost, with no right to a refund or a transfer to a new appointment; an additional deposit will be required for any new bookings.
If you do miss an appointment where a voucher was to be used, you shall forfeit 50% of the voucher value (deposit amount), with no right to a refund.
Treatments can only be carried out on a successful completion of a consultation, where required. The salon reserves the right to refuse treatments where a consultation has not been successfully completed, and your deposit will unfortunately be lost.
Children & Young person’s
All persons under the age of 16, will need to be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult, at all times, throughout their appointment at the salon.
Clients are advised to arrive before the start of the appointment. Unfortunately, if a client is late for their appointment, this time shall be deducted from their treatment time.
We ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum, and mobile phones are muted, during your time in the salon, to ensure other clients are not disturbed.
